The Drinkwell® Premium Filters feature six compartments of charcoal! This evenly distributes the charcoal for a longer lasting, deeper water filtration. More charcoal is added to each compartment to maximize water filtration. This filter will work with ANY Drinkwell® Fountain (except the Drinkwell® 360) and should be changed every 2-4 weeks to maintain water freshness. There are three filters per package.

I bought the product with high hopes it would help with my cat’s urological problems, getting him to drink more water to help keep him from blockages. This tactic of using the fountain was recommended by a vet. Too bad, but he won’t touch the water, looked at the fountain a couple of times, but won’t even play with the water. Even my dog who will drink from anything won’t drink from it. For me at least, it was an expensive waster of money.
Fast confirmation of order and shipping. Great product quality. Shipping time decent, but I have had faster. Not to say that shipping here was slow by any means, it’s just that on the same day I ordered from 2 different sellers with standard shipping and I got the other product a few days earlier so that’s why. Still overall satisfied though!
Haven’t needed them yet. The water is still clean from the first one, though so I guess they do what they should. My water is pretty good already, though…
Quiet most of the time. The cats love it , especially the one who drinks from the tub spout.
Nice fountain, holds lots of water. I need to take the other water dish away and they will use it all the time. Directions sounded confusing but assembly and cleaning are really simple.
