Since our humble beginnings we have designed and manufactured over 2,400 High-Flow Air Filters to fit most modern passenger vehicles and over 500 High-Flow Air Intake Systems to fit vehicles driven by enthusiast minded drivers. KN also makes thousands of racing and specialty type air filters and is the only air filter used at the Indianapolis 500 Race. The KN FilterCharger air filter is designed to achieve high, virtually unrestricted air flow while maintaining filtration levels critical to ensure long engine life. Our automotive OE (original equipment) replacement air filters generally add 1-4 horsepower. The secret to our success lies in the unique characteristics of our filter medium that was originally developed by KN all those years ago in the dust, sweat and tears of desert motocross racing. Our high flow cotton gauze air filter is washable, reusable and built to last for the life of an automotive or motorcycle engine. KN air filters consist of four to six sheets of cotton gauze layered between two sheets of aluminum wire mesh. This media is then pleated and oiled to enhance its filtering capabilities and overall performance.  Nice product, Great Service! January 5, 2009
I have to admit that I was a skeptic. However, the price for the KN was close to the inflated dealer OEM price. I have noticed increased HP and better fuel efficiency on my Toyota Sequoia. It is hard to quantify but I liked the results enough to buy another filter for our other vehicle. Shipping was very fast and product was well packaged. I would definitely purchase again... and I did.

I was skeptical at first with this air filter which was a greater cost than other filters. After installing it, I feel the engine gives out a bit more power. You can definitely feel the difference in the engine. Plus it is reusable.

This filter is so AWSOME it lets your engine BREATHE and you get MORE POWER from you same old engine!br /br /Be carefull though, I got a SPEEDING TICKET because I love the NEW FOUND POWER in my OLD 96 car!br /br /Buy one NOW! You wont be sorry you did!
 KN Air Filter for my G35 March 25, 2008
I have noticed a little more power in the mid to high power range. Although I haven't seen an increase in gas mileage. It's to soon to judge the overall reliability and performance, but I am satisfied so far!
