This thing is a gem. I tried the kind that goes over the head. After I bandaged my hand, pulled the kitty out from under the couch and off the drapes, I bought this one. My cat loves it. When she wants to go outside, she jumps up on the chair and sits perfectly still until I put it on. The fastener is larger than some harnesses, so it makes it a lot easier to use -- especially with a long-haired cat.

I bought this harness when we moved, so our cat, Luka, could explore outside, and I didn't have to worry about her getting lost or running off. I'd recommend this harness. It isn't just good looking. Since it has a buckle on the strap around the neck and one on the strap that goes around her middle it is much easier to put on her than the other harness I tried that I had to put over her head.
