If your cat will attack anything... November 8, 2008 ...then you're little ball of terror will like this toy. I have two cats, one that is over 2 years old, and very smart, yet stand-offish. When holding the head end and bouncing the tail in front of her, she merely sniffs it; after about 30 seconds of dangling it in front of her, she will bat at it out of annoyance. However, this is how she reacts to all dangling toys. If I show it to her, and then dangle it behind something, she will want to pounce on it. If it's right in front of her face, she ignores it.br /br /My other cat, on the other hand, is a male, about 6 months old, and will go after anything that moves. He goes absolutely crazy when I dangle it in front of him.br /br /Pros: Looks well constructed, although I just got it a few days ago. If I notice anything in terms of quality, I will update this review.br /br /Cons: Nonebr /br /Bottom line: Cats are picky. If your cat likes puffy (puff ball on the tail end), dangly things, then for the price, it's worth trying out.
Three Thumbs Up! September 18, 2008 My three cats all love these toys. They like the long tail. I've tried a lot of different toys for my cats, and these rank right up at the top as far as how much they play with them. For the record, my cats are ages 4, 7, and 10, so furry kids of all ages will probably like them.

I threw this at my cats to play with and they completely ignored it. Whatever amount of catnip it is supposed to have must be extremely minimal, because it elicited no reaction at all.br /br /Feb 21- I am now updating my review. I now give it 3 stars because one cat does enjoy sitting and licking the toys little head.
