I want to try every recipe! December 27, 2008 I picked this book up at a friend's house and after flipping through it for a minute decided I must have it. I just got it for Christmas and after detailed reading I have decided I want to make every single recipe in it. I started off with two of them today and both of them were absolutely fantastic. I can hardly wait to cook some more! Highly recommended!

The Book of Yogurt June 29, 2008 Outstanding niche cook book. When I began making my own yogurt a couple years ago, I looked for a cook book that provided recipes for using my yogurt beyond just adding fruit and cereal. This book hit the mark. It is well organized with categories for appetizers, soups, salads, fish, meat, and poultry. There are even recipes for breads and desserts. The instructions are clearly written and I have tried several in each category.
