Amazon.com As the daylight lingers longer each day, the more carnivorous folk start salivating in anticipation. Barbecue season approaches, liberating meat lovers from the less-flavorful pan-fried steak or bland poached chicken breasts. Likewise, the vegetarians in the family rejoice in the prospect of grilled summer squash or roasted beets and corn, rather than settling for another head of iceberg lettuce and canned beans. For juicy burgers and veggie kabobs at home or at the lake, industry leader Weber offers their portable Q-100 gas grill. The propane grill employs an 8,500-BTU stainless-steel burner to heat its 189-square-inch cooking area. Weber crafted the grill's lid and body in tough cast aluminum with a sturdy glass-reinforced nylon frame. The grill ignites at the push of a button for reliable lighting, and an infinitely adjustable burner valve with a high-quality regulator makes it easy to control the heat. Meat sizzles on the porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, while drippings follow the drip ducts to reduce potential flare-ups and enable quicker cleaning. Other highlights include a flavorizer system integrated into the cooking grate, a removable catch pan, and a large weather-resistant lid handle. The grill operates on a standard 14.1- or 16.4-ounce propane cylinder. Propane does not come included, but Weber does enclose a Weber Q cookbook of recipes and inspiration. The grill measures 16 by 27 by 23-1/2 inches with the lid open and carries a five-year limited warranty. --Jessica Reuling

Weber Q-100 October 3, 2008 I bought the Weber Q-100 for my son. He loves it. He has an appartment while in college and says it is great. I'm thinking about getting one to replace our larger grill.
good grill for small portions October 2, 2008 This is a great grill to use for small portions. Great to take camping. The grill part is very heavy, though and not as easy to clean as I thought it would be. Over all, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it. You do need a table or the grill cart to use with it.
Best Weber We've Owned September 22, 2008 Bought this grill to replace a full-size Weber grill. We absolutely love it. Cooks food quickly and evenly. Has a great "grilled" taste. Easy to clean. Doesn't weigh much so easy to move around if needed. The propane tanks are easy to remove and replace. Some folks had mentioned that they were hard to find but they are the same portable tanks that welders use. You can find them at Meijer's, Lowe's, etc in the hardware isle. They run about $3.50 per tank. We added up the costs for grilling and figured over a summer we spent about the same amount on the disposable tanks and we did to fill our full-size propane tank. Would high recommend this to anyone looking for a grill.

End of Season Sales are GREAT !!!!
I still can't believe I got this Grill for $104.01, less than what it retails for, thanks, TARGET !!!!
perfect for apartment dwellers September 14, 2008 Been using this for a couple of yrs now. Our apt only allowed gas grills so we looked at this. Still on the same tank and we grill out at least once a week. We moved apts since then and moving it was no problem. there are replaceable drip pans and the cart that you can buy is well worth it. After getting the 3 needed accessories (grill brush/scraper, tongs, spactula) this baby has been rockin and rollin since assembly. And that is as easy as connecting a hose to a faucet. Perfect for 2-3 people or individuals.
