They changed the website info to "assembly required" after I complained that it came in pieces with no instructions, no screws. It looks like it came from someone's garage sale leftover pile. My first and likely my last order on amazon. The damaged box & goods are still sitting on my porch waiting for the ups man to return to amazon. Amazon made the arrangements (or so they say) for it's pick up 5 days ago. Customer service reps say all the right things and are very cordial & professional, but the bottom line is I am out $459.01 and they are not delivering the goods. (Sounds like the politicians in DC).
