Product Good...Company Petco is a Mess September 15, 2008
This is a great product. One in which my kitty kids love. However, the company Petco is the absolute worst and most irresponsible online company I have ever known. They have literally lost thousands of dollars worth of products I have ordered from them time and time again. It is unbelievable to me that after so many mishaps (on their part), and never having any clue as to where my items are or if they were even shipped, that these people would not get a clue here, and thus begin to conduct their business within a more reliable and professional manner.br /br /I have given them way too many chances now, and will refuse to ever do business with this irresponsible online company (Petco) ever again.
