HB Juicer January 7, 2009 Gave product as a gift. Recipient has used every day and is extremely happy with results. Very powerful motor makes juicing easy. Overall very pleased with purchase.
Certainly does what it's designed for! January 6, 2009 My fiancee and I purchased this unit because she wanted a juicer and it's been a great product thus far. br /br /We've had it for several weeks now and it makes short order of anything you put in it. The power is quite impressive and it gets plenty of juice out of whatever you put in, usually with zero pulpy matter.br /br /I have nothing to complain about that isn't some fault of my own (remember to clean it immediately or you'll be wishing you had!)
I've come to love juice! January 6, 2009 I bought this juicer based on other reviews and as part of a health kick. Of course the big question is will I keep using it after the newness is gone - answer: YES. It's a breeze to use, clean-up is easy, the pulp gets added to my compost pile, and I love the taste of the fresh juice. As an example, I've never liked orange juice, finding it too acidic. A big orange and a medium apple yield a wonderful juice that suits my taste perfectly. I simply have no complaints.juicer
Simple enough for my Grandmother to use! December 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We purchased this juicer for my 88-year-old grandparents, and could not be more pleased! This machine is very easy to set up (actually, it's more easy to use than the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer, which we also bought for comparison then returned). It has fewer parts to remove clean, has a very simple-to-use toggle switch for turning the machine on, a HUGE pulp collection bin, and a handy cleaning brush for the micro-mesh filter basket. The only (slight) drawback is the "clamping arms" that hold all the components together -- they require a bit of effort to release, but my grandparents were still able to manage, so I guess it's OK. We were really impressed at how dry the pulp was, and at how easily it processed carrots other "tough" veggies. The machine's color is also a benefit -- having owned a white one in the past, I highly recommend finding either a black or stainless machine to all you new juicers. Best bang for your juicing buck!
satisfied December 21, 2008 Since i bought this juicer I have used it almost every day. It's easy to use, and probably a good bang for the buck. a strong motor makes sure the gnarliest thing get's juiced, and even the cleaning is relatively easy-(it comes with a brush). I'm happy with it.
