He sleeps on it quite a bit, but he can slide it around (to where he wants it - which is the high traffic hall) because the bottom is a smooth material

I'm very disappointed in the quality of this bed. br /br /It sheds as much as my dog does! I washed it to get rid of all the excess lint/loose wool, but everyday I notice small pieces of lint/fiber on the floor by this bed. I brush it to try to control the lint/wool and end up with a brushful of loose lint. Still, the bed sheds the excess lint/wool the next day.br /br /It makes my dog sneeze and coughs (the fiber gets in his throat). Stay away!!

My seven year old slightly plump cat LOVES this cozy. I placed it near the wall heater in my bedroom and I can barely get her to leave what is now her favorite spot in the entire house.

I care for a homeless cat. He absolutely adores this bed. Infact, I purchased two of them. So, when I'm washing one of them, the cat still has something soft and cozy to snuggle on. br /br /

We thought our cats would like it more than they did. It is a perfectly fine mat but we have found that our cats adore the heated bed with higher sides. It makes them feel more secure, we think. They just got spayed and took to their heated bed immediately. This may be just our two however and I would recommend the the quiet time bed anyway.
