I needed a second litterbox for my cats and couldn't find one I liked locally so I ordered this box - I liked the size; but mainly the high back. So far I am happy with it...and ordered another one as a reserve -being my space for a litter box is limited. I did read reviews of complaints before I ordered it...but I didn't think they were important to me.(Only a few adhesive strips to hold the liner in place/cover didn't fit snug). So far over the course of 12 years...I found all litter liners to be failing somehow...so I just adapt. So the litter liner only stuck with a few adhesives...I just added more..making them out of scotchtape. I am a neat freak so I have tried many ways of setting up our kitty boxes. Final method - I always use an extra large/jumbo size liner first...then I layer quite a bit of newspaper(because no matter what...the girls will scratch throught the top liner). Then another liner goes on top before the litter. This way...there is always a non-punctured liner on the very bottom. So when it's time to change the entire box...lift...pull the drawstrings and dump. The box stays clean. It may sound like a lot of work...but it takes minutes and is worth it. So I have excess liner sticking out the sides...it doesn't matter...the cover will fit the top...just squeeze a little.

I love this litter box. Oliver, my cat, loves it, too! It is so easy to clean, it comes with its own scoop that sits conveniently in a holder at the back of the box. This litter box is also very stylish! br /I was using the Booda Igloo litter box before, but that one doesn't have as much room as it looks like it would and was very messy, so I switched to this one. Love it!

My cat used this box once and then I threw it away!br /The lid doesn't stay on for carrying and the material is scratched way too easily. Don't buy this product; especially if you have a cat with renal failure.
