Customer Reviews: Pecision Pet Basicrate 7000 Pet Crate   August 29, 2008 Save your money! I purchased this crate and it was damaged. The box is so flimsy it's not suitable for shipping. The box arrived in pieces and the pan (they say is plastic is not) it's metal and it was all bent up. I would recommend buying this at your local pet store. The customer service I received from Amazon was very dissapointing. I won't be purchasing another thing from them.
