I love the Petsafe Classic Pet Door! I've bought 3 already. The dogs and I love the independence of them having in/out privileges at all times. I feel very secure with the plastic door insert whenever we go out of town. And unless the puppy chews the flap !!! it seals very well and I'm not concerned about the A/C or heat leaking out to the backyard.br /br /The plastic screws contained in the kit work sometimes, not others. If I ever have the need to buy another door, I'll go get some #8-3 inch machine screws to use in place of the plastic ones.
