I wanted to share my experience with this covered litter pan. I love it!! I just became a new cat owner and purchased this litter pan for looks and for easiness on cleaning it. It even comes with its own scoop and container that prevents litter tracking which can be used for pet waste disposal (if you choose to). I have yet to see more than a few pebbles of the litter out of the box. What I like most is that the front swings up giving you perfect access to clean the litter box with out fumbling with taking cover off to clean. It also has a has a vent on top with a lid...unsure if just for venting or if a carbon filter can be used. Overall I give this product an A+++! It works great and keeps my toddlers out and gives privacy to my cat. Also, no odors come out...that was a big plus with dh...
