I can't remember when I had such good or fast service from a company. Not only was the web site easy to manage, informative without being pushy, but I didn't have to drive all over town trying to find the Drinkwell filters since most of our local pet supply stores are usually sold out.

This charcoal filter is an excellent accompaniment to the Drinkwell Fountain. It purifies the water from the reservoir and helps to ensure smooth operation by removing hair and other particles from the fountain. A worthwhile supplement for those using the Drinkwell Fountain.

I have used Drinkwell Pet Fountains for years. They're great. However, I never use the filters. Think about it, your dog or cat will lick their rear end and drink from a puddle outside. Do they really need water that has been filtered through activated carbon? I don't think so. This is a classic case of we humans thinking our pets are something more than they are.br /br /Save your money.
