Most kittens adjust very well to a deformity like this. She could have some issues with jumping or not being quite as graceful or athletic as some other kittens but should find her way. Depending on how severe changes in her gait may be, she could be prone to arthritis down the road due to the unusual forces placed on her joints. If you keep her a normal, healthy weight, this can help prevent or reduce the severity of changes in her joints.
