This question relates to a kitten I want to adopt; she is neuro, what is that?

If you saw the word neuro on her paperwork or if she was described this way it likely means that she has neurological disease. This would be disease of her brain, spinal cord or nerves. It could manifest in several different ways: blindness, difficulty walking, difficulty eating/urinating/defecating, circling, twitching or seizuring just to name a few symptoms. I would talk to the shelter or rescue group about exactly what they mean by neuro and what medical testing they've done on this kitten and what they expect for her life. In some cases, kittens with neurological disease may have a shorter life span or need more involved veterinary care. It's important you have all the facts up front so you can make an informed decision on whether she is the best kitten for you and if your home is the best for her.
