Default I have a male cat about 2 years old. In November one of his front legs started swelli

I am so sorry to hear that Gabby is sick and I know how hard it can be when your funds are limited. It's good that most of his lab work looked good but I am concerned about his high white blood cell count. This could signify an infection of some sort; there are many different kinds but one I worry about in cats that don't respond to treatment is the FIP virus. It is also concerning he is lethargic, losing weight and not wanting to eat. I would talk to your veterinarian about what their gut feeling is about what is going on and what else they feel they can do. I would also ask what options they can provide for payment or ask them if they know of any clinics or programs in the area that could offer you assistance. By the time you hear from me, I hope that Gabby is feeling better; I can tell you love him so much. I'll be wishing and hoping for the best.
