Hissa, I'm not sure I understand. You say Leo is eating dry food and drinking? Is it just that he's not eating canned food that has upset you?

some cats don't like canned food.

How are his litter habits? Is he peeing normally and pooping okay? Any vomiting?

As cats leave their kitten years their appetite slows down some. could that be what is happening?

Leo may only like kibble, and as I mentioned as cats grow out of kitten hood they do eat a little less.

It is also possible that the brand of food you use has changed it's formula in some way, OR you got a batch that may have gone rancid and he just doesn't like it.

You could try another food and see how he does, however if you think he has been sick for two weeks, he needs to see a vet, and the sooner the better.

Hi, welcome ! You are a great meowmy to Leo !
I agree with Acer, as long as Leo is still eating considerably amount of food(even only kibble), and drinking, peeing and pooing normally, no vomitting, doesn't lose weight drastically, still doing his normal daily activity (but may lessen as he grows older) --- there's nothing to worry about. But if you smelll rats, like behavioral change...etc. why not you consult his recent health/behavior condition with a vet, I used to take my cat to the vet office once in a while (like every quarter) just to have them generally checked up, or if the vet suggests that they do the blood test, or other test (usually once or twice a year), then I'll do it, I believe prevention is always better than cure, I myself have a health exam every year..

PS: Dry food contains all the ingredients and nutritions that your cat need.

I won't be worried if he eats dry food only. Maybe you need to vary on the wet food you feed him. If this continues, pls pay a visit to his vet imm.
