Default Long eyebrow hairs To trim or not to trim that is the question

Long eyebrow hairs To trim or not to trim that is the question. My cat that I am getting has eye brow hairs that are growing into his eyes. I was curious what I should do about them. Here is a picture so you can see...

Hi ! Welcome ! Your cat is soooo cute ! What is his name ?

I can see clearly how 'long' his eyebrows are...(I know it must be uncomfortable for him to get the looooong eyebrows.) But I think you need to take him to the vet and let the vet give you a safe advice ...

I agree with Irene.

He has them long like that because he's going to be a big cat. I see his whiskers are long too.

Bruiser looks a bit thin.

Fattening him up may help him grow into those whiskers and brows.

Wow, they're long. But it looks cute! I know that whiskers are very sensitive and you should never cut them, as they will feel pain. I got a book about it. I think maybe the same thing comes for the eyebrows? But I'm not sure.

Hi to you and Bruiser - his eyebrows do look awfully long, but must be so for a reason, I wouldn't advise cutting them unless a vet agrees that it's required.

He is such a little cutie by the way!

I wouldn't worry about it. Cats are at the top of the food chain in any environment that they exist aside from man. A little more hair/whiskers/eyebrows is there for a reason and is not going to affect or deter a natural born predator from thriving. It will grow into its paws, whiskers etc....

In the words of the movie "Grandma's boy": You can get past a dog, but nobody f*%!* with a lion."
