Default cat throwing up

My Maine Coon cat Sampson has been throwing up all evening. So far it has all been liquids - no hairballs! He has never done this before so I am not sure if I should be concerned or not - any thoughts?? Sampson is 2yrs old and he occasionally coughs up a hairball which for a long haired cat like a Maine Coon I would think that would be normal - but not throwing up fluids all evening! Do I have anything to worry about here??

thanks
Kurt

Hmm.. Have you changed his diet? Could he have gotten into something you left out?

well - today he seems to be fine. I had not changed his diet. I guess I will just keep an eye on him but he is eating and drinking fine today.
