It is unlikely that the Febreze has anything to do with your cat's seizures. There were several Internet myths about the safety of Febreze many years ago. Each was investigated and it was found that Febreze when used as directed was not seriously harmful to pets, although it can irritate the GI tract if ingested. So, I would chalk it up to coincidence.
Some cat's can have some degree of personality change following a seizure although it can be very hard to document in our cats. In your case at least it was for the better! It is often helpful to keep a diary of the seizures: when and where they happen, how long they lasted, what happened before, how long recover was etc. This can sometimes help to find patterns. If the seizures continue I would consult your veterinarian. If they are becoming more frequent or more severe, medication may be needed to help control them.
