Question Wee Problem

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

I have a 10 week old kitten called Hope. For some reason she has been peeing on my bed. I've tried changing her litter, moving the tray closer, telling her off. All sorts of things. I just can't figure out why she's doing it. She's healthy, she was vet checked before I bought her. I saw the papers.

I don't know what to do. I've sprayed my bed with odour remover. I'm getting tired of changing my sheets every night and washing my quilt everyday.

I would get a second litterbox. Some cats prefer to use different litterboxes. Be sure to clean your sheets with an enzymatic cleaner designed for cleaning cat urine. Cats have very sensitive noses.

What are you using for litter? Clumping grains, shredded paper, clay, sand? One thing I want to try an experiment with soon is sticking a black plastic garbage bag in a litter box. They seem to love poking holes in the plastic and tearing away at it. Just be sure they don't eat it.

I'd suggest to move the litter box away from your bed actually. Try some place where your cat can have more privacy. Also, yes, your cat should have her own litter box...
