Red face Help! 2 females used to love each other!

I have 3 cats. 7 yr old Kuzco, very mellow, loves all. 5 yr old spooky, always very standoffish with people , loving to other cats, 1 yr old precious, always was delightful, playful, fun, loved people and cats. All WAS well. In feb i got the 2 gils fixed at the same time. both prior napped together, loving and all was well Spooky was found to have worms, medicated with fix, spent 3 days very lethargic and hid, then she was fine. precious was spunky immediate upon coming home. Was found to have fleas, medicated with fix. About 2 weeks AFTER surgery, there were suddenly horrible fast vicious fights. Both took off in different directions. This has continued for now months. Aggression is only against each other - the baby- precious hides all day in a safe room, will to come out to eat or bathroom. She is the aggressor, growling and hissing if the other comes near and then cat fight!. They both get along with the male fine.Took to vet, who said having them fixed screws up hormones and it is normal as the hormone levels go down. Said nothing to do but dont separate and let it takes its course. Well, nothing is any better and our fun, playful kitten now hides all day and is not any fun at all to anyone including herself. it is very sad to watch! HAve calming all nat drops , They are useless. Any ideas?? At our wits end!
