My 3 yr old female cat, goes absolutely crazy over any capsule prescription drug, she tries to knock them out of my hands and will follow me around begging for them, she will go as far as to do tricks. She will walk on her hind legs and spin around, just like a dog begging for a bone?? I have never seen this, have any of you and if so do you know why? She is very short and quite over weight she loves anything with sugar, she will choose candy, cake, or fruit, before any chicken or tuna, she is very strange.

For the posting from vets this, eating people medications, is a fairly common poisoning for cats and dogs.

she doesn't eat them and I would never give her any type of pills, it is the smell of them that makes her go nuts, I was wondering if it common, or if I have the only weirdo cat in the world.
