rofl too funny. My Princess gets wild and crazy at night when everyone is asleep. She will find a pony tail holder on the floor and chase it everywhere. I have even caught her doing this with a piece of fuzz. I didn't think thye played so much when they get older shes 9.

LOL. Well it is nice to hear that cats do still play , its one of my favorite things about my cat. I love to watch her play. So hearing about your cat is very encouraging. I hope mine will still be active at 9!

Default It works for washing so...

I had a kitten once, you wouldn't believe. You know how they wash...they lick their paws and wash their face and ears. My baby girl one or two times tried scratching her paw and with her other paw and putting it on her ear or back of her head. This was so funny. She didn't try it many times because obviously it didn't work, but it certainly makes good cat logic to me!

Reading all that makes me realize that my kitty Lucy isn't that crazy after all. Lucy loves the tub, the sink, the toilet, anything that has water in it. the other day I picked her up and she was wet from her midsection up. didn't think much about it because she takes baths useing her drinking bowl. Later I went to the bathroom and the rug infront of the toilet was damp and the seat was wet. "I hugged a toilet water cat!!"

one of her favorite thinks to do is get up on my drawing table and knock every think off one by one. She does this in a quiet and precocious way. She studies each item, bats it around, and slowly pushes it over the edge. Then she curiously stares at it in asmazement like she had no idea that it would roll off the table. Dude! she does this every day. I think shes playing up the cute little kitten thing too much. She's such a drama queen

Default Frisky's unique song.

Probably all cats like to watch birds. Frisky lies on top of my son's computer monitor (the big old thick kind), and watches the sparrows on the cedar hedge outside the window. He doesn't reach for them or anything. He sits very still. For the longest time he will be quiet. Then after a while, he starts to sing this funny little song. It's not purring, and it's not meowing. It's more like he's trying to immitate a squirrel chattering and the twitter or whistle of the bird at the same time. We have never heard any other animal or cat make this kind of noise. Frisky reserves this song only for birds and sometimes for squirrels as he is watching these exciting creatures out the window.

Does anyone else here have cats that sleep on their backs? It's SO bizarre!

What strange cats everybody has! My lovely kitten likes to sleep on top of my older cat's back! Very funny and cute.

Smile Crazy cats

My cats love the tub as well and Oscar will usually show up and wait for you when you're in it. He'll look at you, kind of shake his little head and meow at you. Zipper will get into the tub and roll around. They both like to get up on the table and lye down on whatever you're trying to read or do. Zipper also wants you to pour a small puddle of milk on the counter in the morning and she'll lap it right up. If you pour too much she will not touch it. She will also lay out on the floor on her side and spin around using her arm to stay in one spot. She too chirps when she sees a bird and Oscar does that when dh sneezes. They both like to curl up with me on the bed.
