Default Birman or Ragdoll?

Hey everyone, my name's Kris. Didn't know where to post this, but I may have got it right. I recently acquired a cat from my girlfriend that she just couldn't keep at home anymore, and I'm confused as to whether it's a grey-colored birman or a grey-colored ragdoll. Might be a mix of both. Any ways to tell?

Unless there are pedigree papers with the cat, she or he is neither, the cat is a domestic.

Cats don't come as "mixed breeds" like dogs or pure breed without papers. They are either pure bred with the pedigree papers to show it, or they are domestic.

I'm glad you were able to take in your friend's cat when she couldn't be bothered any more. I hate people like that. The first thing to do is to take her or him to the vet for a check up.

If kitty is not spayed/neutered have that done right away.

Feed kitty a canned food diet for optimal health.

Here is some great info on feeding:

She's been spayed. She's had her shots, they just couldn't keep her. She did have a flea problem but that's now been taken care of. Thanks everyone

Sounds like she's landed in a good home, I'm happy for her, and you, too.
