This kitty is not of oriental type. So I would rule out Siamese. Plus colourpointed cats coats colours take a long time to develope so for a kitten of this age to have so much colour on its back and sides it is unlikely to be a colourpoint of any breed.
I would descibe its colours from what I can make out in the pics to be a Chocolate silver tabby. The breed of which I cannot be sure. It could possibly be a Snow Bengal thier eyes remain blue into adulthood. Could you post more pics as the kitty ages  . It will be interesting to see how this pretty kitty turns out.
