i like siamese cats but there really expensive.Although some cats homes have the older ones. I have a tabby hes really sweet and has white paws and chest (looks like hes wearing a tux with white shoes! haha
British short hair- thet are beautiful with their big fat faces and short little legs and the colours they come in are gorgeous! Definatly hoping to have one at some point in my life but i have a kitten now and love her to pieces! Good luck and reserch about bsh!
Ragdoll cats (an American breed) are gorgeous big cats with semi-long really soft "rabbit" fur. They are mostly lap cats and they go floppy when you pick them up! They are truely lovely - I have three and we're soon going to be breeding them. Try the below website to see some. Hope this helped!
Heinz 57...Mutt...Lap cat is a function of personality as much as breed. I would suggest the runt of a litter is usually a good lap cat or at least that is my experience. Also, tabbies seem more pleasant and mellow than calicos.The reason I say mutts are best is due to what is known as hybrid vigor. They have significantly lower likelihood to have allergies or other genetic issues if the animal is a mutt.
Savannahs are the newest and most beautiful hybrid cat, I think. They are decended from breeding African Servals with domestic cats and are expensive, but worth it. They like to play in water, go for walks on leashes, play fetch, and bond deeply with their owner. They are tall, slender, long necks and spotty, with large ears. They are like having a little bit of Africa in your home...I have four, and one domestic tabby...
