My female Maine Coon, known as Anastasia, would also overeat, if I didn't control her intake. So I'd still suggest to control the amount of food you give Toby. If I kept the dish full at all time, she'd be wobbling, haha
Remember to always check their spine, you should be able to feel it through some layer of flesh. I keep saying this

But since he is skinny, then it's probably better to fatten him up first, hehe.

Toby is going to the vet on Friday. I don't think his back teeth are completely in after looking. I noticed he was chewing kind of funny. I am giving him some canned kitten food and he eats that better. I'll let you know how he comes out.

It might make it a bit easier for him to eat (in the meantime) if you mix the canned food with a bit of kitten milk, make it a little mushier

Default back from the vet

He's in good shape over all, but he does have worms so I am treating him for that. He also has coccidia and is on antibiotics. The vet assured me he will be fine. He also got his first kitten shot.

I got a free bag of Royal Canin kitten food. Anyone familiar with it? They tell me it's good.

He gpes back next week for another check for the worms.

I'll try and send some more pictures of him when I have some time.

Thumbs up

Great news, Lori ! And it's funny that the vet also has his kitten shot.

Royal Canin is good IMO. My kits used to take that too.

Can't wait to see more pictures of Tobias.

This is great news, Lori! I'm glad the Tobias is doing well.
RC is one of the best foods ever, a more expensive one but it's worth the effort.

I use Royal Canine. I'd recommend it Anastasia used to eat babycat until she was 4 months and now she's on Kitten 36

I also feed Sasha Royal Canin Maine Coon but she is on no 31 adult now, but Pixie eats it too when it's down LOL - they both love it
