Our cats are very sweet but our cat named tommy he is a tabby. He has been meowing weirdly and does it constantly. he is kinda skidish. he also wont let us hold him. he will only lay between your legs he wont lay in your lap. does anyone know why this is. or have any solution.

Is this a new behavior for him? Has he been neutered? Anything that is different should be checked out by a vet and if he hasn't been fixed maybe he's in heat.
