I stick with IAMS origanal blend ( in the orange bag) No people food, or stinky wet food..I always check the fiber content..and the ash content. She is an 'inddor-cat'..sometimes I slip her a smidgen of chicken, or bacon, but begging is not really acceptable ! Been thru a few cats..lost one of my favorite to a colon problem...he LOVED CHEESE..not good for the bowels..I think the deal is to prevent diahreea or constpation...
Our cat Lucky has to eat special food (cant remember the name right now) because she is allergic to almost everything! She starts scratching so bad her hair fall out! Our other cat Kasey will eat just about anything, but her fav is my daughters left over cereal and oatmeal!
