no it's not! In fact,it's good for them. the more you handle them as they get older the better. you don't want to handle them too often as newborns because they could get cold and they need to be with their mother, but it is not bad for their health.

As long as your hands are relatively clean, they are in no danger. In fact, it has been proven that kittens handled frequently from birth make more loving pets then those that aren't.

Not at all, I have helped raise 3 sets of kittens, and with each set my whole family has held each from moments after their birth. It doesn't harm them in anyway as long as you are gentle with them, and don't hold them too long because they need to nurse a lot the first few weeks, as they begin to walk and play they nurse less and can be played with more. But it helps if you hold them because they actually become more playful and loveable as the age if they are given more attention. Just make sure that you wash your hands before and after touching the kittens because you don't know if they have any diseases or anything yet and you don't want to give them any as well.

it's actually not harmful to their health. just make sure that when you hold them you hold them under their behind in a position where their front paws are resting on your other hand.

Just make sure that your hands are clean and that you are handling them very gently.
