I've recently heard that, yesterday, the same ingredient has been linked to some DRY cat food as the contaminated wet dog food and that some cats are seriously sick / dying...just like the dogs!? But I can't find out what kind of food (name brands) they are referring to. Does anyone know?

The recall is limited to "cuts and gravy" style pet food in cans and pouches manufactured at two of the Fund's United States facilities. The infected matirial came from wheat gluten provided by manufactures some in China. There is a list of the recalled products on the web site. If you suspect that your pet was fed this product call 1-866-895-2708 for more information.I could provide more information but this would be a breach of contract since i am involved in the aftermath of this situation. What brand food do u feed your kitty? I have Science Diet Adult Cat -- dry food. . That isn't on the list.
