 Kitten Not Eating
So we've had our kitten Aami since he was 8 weeks old; he is now almost 4 months. About 3 weeks ago we had him neutered and he got his shots. He had been eating a good deal, especially some recommended wet food (and occasional dry food). About 2 days ago, we noticed that he was barely touching his food -- we were used to him eating around a whole 5 oz. can of wet food a day, so we're really worried now that he doesn't seem hungry at all.
He's still really energetic and jumping around all over the place as he usually does, but seems to have very little appetite. In order to get him to eat this afternoon, I had to scoop some dry food into the lid of the container and watch him eat it. We also haven't noticed anything irregular in the litter box.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm really confused and worried about his sudden change in habits!! |
