Default what is different between kitten food and cat food?
I am not able to get to the store and my month and a half old kitten wants to eat mama's food. Ive smashed the food to a soft but Im just worried but he wont stop getting into it what should I do

Kitten food is for little kittens. They like it better and they will eat it more. If you give you kitten cat food she may not like it. But you never know until you try. Go for it!

It won't hurt your kitty to nibble on her mums food, but, kitten food is the best food to give. Kitten food has much more protein & fat in it to help your kitten grow big and strong. You may need to feed them seperately for a while.
