i saw a place on my kitty babys neck 2day where the hair is missing it looks like she might have gotten in a fight ad i cant take her to the vet cause she is came up as a stray and ive never been able to touch her and even if i could she just had kittens last week and i dont know where she has them so i dont know what to do she is still eating and drinking should i just stop worrying or should i try to catch her and take her to the vet

Oh dear! Is she cut or is there a swelling? She may need a shot of antibiotics. If you got in touch with a cat welfare organization they should give you advise. They may even come to visit to see if they can administer treatment.
If it is a bald patch with scaley skin viible it could be due to a flea allergy or ringworm. These will definatly need treatment as all the other cats will soon get it too. I really feel for you as you want the best for them and don't want to upset them. I hope things work out for you and the kitties.
I really don't know what else to suggest.
