My vet told me that my cat was getting close to being overweight so I switched to this food. It definitely helped - he is in a healthier weight range now. I had to adjust the amount of food I was giving him compared to regular Iams cat food - with the weight control I give him a little extra.
Customer Review: good value... if you want a chronically obese cat
My cat has been on this for two years. Before she started it she was 19 pounds. She now weighs 21 pounds. We feed her the recommended dose. Don't get this if you love your cat. Even the vet thinks she's a joke.
