Question Unanswered: Behavior

Any suggestions please! I have one cat. She is the youngest. Wants to hiss and attack one of the older ones. He has a thyroid problem at first I thought it was the smell of the liquid meds. But now he is taking pills and she still does that. She has him terrified. They are separated for the most part but if she sees him she starts hissing. What should I do?
