Default Unanswered: Diarrhea in rescued kittens

We just rescued 2 eight month old kittens. They were very well taken care of - released due to allergies. I am feeding Core Wellness dry food. They both have diarrhea. I am assuming due to new food. I have no way to find out previous food. What can I do?
Has anyone tried pumpkin or yogurt?

1) get them on an all wet diet.

2) get them on a probiotic.

3)get them to the vet for check ups and to be wormed.

I would keep them on the probiotic for a good while, even after their digestion has regulated and adjusted and poops are back to normal.

No dry food.

Diarrhea is further categorised into acute or chronic diarrhea. Acute is the sudden onset of frequent waterly stools, chronic is over a longer period of time with intermittent diarrhea. There are several diet related possibilities. A sudden switch in your kitten's food can cause diarrhea. Overfeeding, food allergies and food intolerances, dietary indiscretion (eating something he shouldn't have such as cat litter) may also cause diarrhea.
