Default Unanswered: Bit of advice

I've got a 10th old cat who was grooming herself earlier when I noticed under her chin a little round baldy patch but it looked red and a little bit sore, she had been scratching quite a bit in that one part quite a lot earlier, she's an indoor cat and has never been outside apart from in her cat box. Can any one give me bit of advice as what it could be etc. Thankyou

Could be feline acne. What is her diet? Do you use plastic dishes?

The first step anyway is to take her to the vet. At 10 she's due for a senior blood profile, including thyroid tests.
