Default Long term boarder needed.

Hivemind, I'm moving to Belgium for two years and my cat sitter, my back up cat sitter and my back up back up cat sitter have ALL backed out. I move September 20th, and I'm freaking out because I don't have a home for my babies. They are two sweet tempered long hair cats, boy (Prince Valium) & girl (Motorhead). Both are fixed, and great with other cats and dogs, they are not declawed and their sitter won't be allowed to change that. There will be a monthly stipend for care (food, litter, pet deposit, medical bills, etc) and will be expected to need a surrogate family for almost two years. Any ideas? I am going to be moving to Belgium for a couple of years to acquire my graduate degree and my original surrogate is no longer available.

It's already been suggested that I ship them overseas, but the expense combined with my fixed income as a student in a foreign country is going to make it extremely difficult. I don't want to traumatize them, and I know my cats are going to be quarantined while in holding.
