When a cat brings you a creature like that, it's bringing you a present because it loves you, so don't get mad at your cat, its bringing you a present. Just be glad that the creatures it brings you aren't dead. One more thing, putting a bell around your cats neck wont really work; your cat will just learn to move without the bell making any sound.
Cats will be cats. You have to remember they are animals and creatures of habbit. It is their natural instinct. That is pretty hard to change. Your kitty is just trying to give you a little present. Maybe if your cat keeps getting a negative response from you it will stop? But cats arepretty stubborn and don't like to do what they are told-LOL.
She is doing this as an act of her love. She would do this to her cat mom if she was around. She is bringing it in to show you what a good hunter she is and wants you to be proud of her. You may not be able to stop her from it.
