Sauk County refuge owner agrees to move cats (The Chippewa Herald)
ROCK SPRINGS - A refuge owner is moving his 24 lions, tigers and leopards after county officials filed a lawsuit against him. Sauk County attorney Todd Liebman said the 1.5 acre-Big Dads Big Cats in the town of Excelsior is violating a zoning ordinance and does not have an animal control permit.
