Default What are we watching on TV these days?

I can't remember if there is such a thread.

You don't have to actually watch the show on TV, just share your TV shows that you like to watch. I watch most shows on DVD.

These days I've been watching a lot of Ghost Whisperer and some Animal Cops.

I'm a 'Coronation Street' fan. I'm also happy the new series of 'Strictly Come Dancing' has started, I know it's cheesy (I was a secret watcher for ages ) but I love watching it on a Saturday night with a glass of wine.
In the UK the Summer TV schedules are pretty poor (I think they assume we're all out enjoying the sunshine ) so I'm looking forward to some new shows starting in the Autumn, especially 'Spooks' as I'm a huge fan.

Ha, I am a Corrie fan too Helen I also love Emmerdale, but can't catch all the episodes of either as they are on so often!

I will be watching Strictly in about 10 mins - up until this year would have been X-Factor but I hate the new format

Other TV I love:
Lost - can't wait for the final series to start. i've watched it from the start and am still none the wiser

Midsomer Murders, Ugly Betty, football (premier and champions league)
Trial and Retribution (when it's on)

Loved the Joanna Lumley "Catwoman" programmes as well

I haven't really been watching much TV, so some friends have been asking me to start watching plenty of shows they're interested in. I watched the whole series of Ghost Whisperer in like 2 weeks

Spooks is one of the shows I'm curious about. I may put it on my "Must watch someday" list.

I also like Lost. I've seen every single episode. I remember the last episode made me go "No! I can't wait for next season. I must know NOW!".
But now I can't remember what even happened, hehe.

Remember - they set off the atomic bomb in the final episode so that it would have all never happened in the first place (), we don't know what happened after that (did we ever??)

I used to love Lost but had to give up after series 2 as I don't have Sky. I saw some of series 3, could never work out what was going on though! I keep hoping one of the freeview channels will start showing them. Hurley was one of my favourite characters too. Katrine, you'll have to choose a large breed so your orange cat grows into his name!
Heidi, I don't like the new X Factor format either but I've always preferred Strictly. Think it's all the shiny costumes!! I've watched Corrie for as long as I can remember, my Mam is a fan too. Me & a Corrie addicted workmate are trying to persuade everyone we can to vote for the actor who plays Graham Proctor in the NTA Best Newcomer award, you can vote online...(hint )
Katrine, I highly recommend Spooks. it's very good & also has the bonus of some good looking men (depending on your taste), of course, I watch it for the fast paced, gripping story lines (ahem!)...
