Default Desperate; pooping in corners

Hi,

I tried to post this message in the Advice section of this forum but got a message saying I wasn't allowed. But I seem to be able to access this section; don't understand that.

I was just given two kittens, they seemed to be peeing in the litter box but there has been no poop. Tonight I discovered they were doing their pooping in the corners of my LR.

Why 1 and not 2? How do I get them to do their business in the box?

I'll go see if I can post a new thread in the Advice section now.

I just tried the Advice section again and got the same message:
do not have permission to access this page.

How can I get permission to access that page and post messages there?

I contacted "support", twice, who's only reply was, "You should get access to all sections". So, after the second such reply I returned again, hoping something would have changed. It had, but I don't know if it was something "support" did or if it just resolved on its own. (maybe it was because I was using Firefox as my browser?)

Now I wonder if I should find a Cat forum where the members are more supportive to "newbies" with "babies"; there was a rather long list of Cat forums in my Google search.

Many members accessed my post, but no one responded to my desperate plea for help with either the pooping problem or the tech problem.

btw the pooping problem has been solved; I cloistered "the little darlings" in the bathroom soon after posting my "desperate plea for help" ,and scratched their little paws in the litter several times a day. They have used the litter box ever since and are now free to romp again.
