Default feral cats...feral kids?

i'm thinking kids who are neglected by their parents, whether it be from the parents not wanting them and treating them poorly or because the parent hasn't time for them for whatever reason...i think thats one reason our nations young are seemingly DUMBIED-UP. if you take the issue of politics out of the picture, i really think there is a huge link between all these freaky young people running around acting strangly and a normal person who has been raised appropriately and loved and cared for with whole heart. i get upset when i see parents treating their dogs better than their kids and i don't envy their dogs...you need to have some sort of permit to raise a new member of society, i feel. also, i saw a show on feral kids and there is actually a medical problem associated with the neglect. a child who gets response and love from its parents, has a full growth in the brain and a child who doesn't get that stimulation, actually shows on cat scan/mri as an undeveloped part of the brain.the responses i rec'd on this question were so surprising. i nevr meant for it to insult a good parent. we all know about how there can be factors in any child that can alter the vision we have for our kids, but i am talking about the extreme child. the severe...like that kid on tv who just constantly ran, bullied, threw things, yelled...24/7. i'm sorry some of you took this so personally. it was meant to draw attention to the wild child..not the stubborn or aggrevating child, which we all have.and for you who are curious...i have two college kids
