Default Albino kitty cannot see water help!!

i am adopting a new beautiful albino cat from a friend of mine, I love my friend to death but she is and was not meant for a cat, some people just arent, her dogs abuse him and picks him up by his head and he "talks" alot (which i looove) they throw him across the room cause they don't like it. and they think cause he pees on everything that it is not their fault, but the thing is they don't clean the litter box which they think if the litter box is big enough they'll never have to clean it. well, this is not the point of my blog, he is unable to see water he only drinks water when he hears it from a , fausset, sink, running hose, ex.. which i am nervous about when he comes to live with me.. will it be that hard to show him where the water is? any ideas on how to maybe train him to find his bowl of water? maybe i will keep it in one spot for him to find it in. they usually put his paw in the water for him to understand it is his water, or he drinks out of the sink.
and! what is the best way to introduce a new cat to other cats without stressing them out too much? any ideas anyone?!?!

Does this cat have a sight problem due to it being an albino? I think its like everything when you are training repetition is the key and make sure that it's always in the same spot. We had to keep our water dish in the bathtub as Mattie would put her paw in it and splash the water out until it was almost empty. The other two got used to where it was and it was good for then. Mattie has since passed away but I put the water dish where the food is and they know where it is and only go into the bathtub when they want to lay down on a cool surface. I'm just glad your taking it out of a very bad situation. What are you going to name your furry kid?

Yeah there are some cats who can't actually see water. I know it kinda stranger but I know people who put food coloring in their water so the cat would know it's there.
