Default Toileting Problems

Hi can anyone help I have a 4month old british short hair who loves to be inside, uses kitty litter box no prob but I want him to do it outside so I put box out.He will only go in that now.He has started peeing in empty bath inside now or if you leave a towel or clothes on floor in bathroom he will go on that.I try to keep him outside but goes crazy tyring to get back in.He seems to enjoy it outside though when we are out there. He hates the rain and I am afraid with winter coming up he will never go out. Also we have not seen him doin Number 2 so he must be going outside for that (I Hope). Can anyone help us

We was had a kitty, she is doing that too, but when she start pee pee, we quickly take her out on the place where she must do that. And one more thing:
Take some pee pee on something and take that out (on the place that she must pee pee). Show that place to the your cat and she will learn how to go out on WC.

if he's doing it again let her do it outside. if you're going to do it again and again. in the future he will remember where he is doing it and he will get used to it.
