Both male and female cats, because of hormonal and behavior problems, can start spraying urine on objects or areas. Feliway contains pheromone-like substances which discourages this behavior when it is applied to the area the pet has sprayed. One depression of the Feliway pheromone spray nozzle should be applied approximately 4" from the site, 8" from the floor. Only one spray per application site is necessary.
